booking; full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. ONLINE RESERVATIONS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT at time of booking.
WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to
a $50.00 fee. A 45-day notice of cancellation is required for refund
of deposit. Cancellation within 45 days forfeits all prepayments.

All rooms are non-smoking.
Extra person charges: $20.00 per night.(summer $15 per night)
Children 3-12 years: $10.00 per night.
Children 2 and under: Free
9.9 % tax and 2.4% civic assessment are not included in room rates
listed. Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
